Last week saw London’s social and fashion scene gathered  to celebrate the Italian luxury jewellery brand, Dodo’s arrival in London.
Dodo which has specialised in beautiful gold and diamond charms since 1995, has enjoyed success as the little sister brand of Pomellato internationally. To celebrate the launch in the UK, the brand has partnered with Central St Martins College of Art and Design’s BA Jewellery Design course on ‘The Dodo Project’, where students were asked to come up with new concepts for the brand, inspired by the Capital.
The collaboration has produced a limited edition collection of charms in gold and black diamonds, will be sold exclusively in the Sloane Square boutique. The overall winner of the project was Belgium design student Charlotte Le Hardy’s ‘Dodo Dark’, which focused on London’s darker, less celebrated side to produce charms – the rat, the fly and the pigeon.
Well heeled guests who strolled the three floors each with its own theme while listening to sounds provided by blogger/DJ, Bip Ling, included Tallulah Harlech, Peony Lim, Morwenna Lytton Cobbold, The Tricks, Allegra Hicks, Tatiana D’Abo, designer Caroline Issa, Dalit Nuttall, Princess Vanessa von Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn and Naomi Preizler.

This bright new shopping addition to London’s Sloane Square has been designed by internationally renowned architect, Paola Navone.
