Louis Vuitton dresses the Ultimate Diva, Miss Piggy, for The Baftas

by Katie on February 10, 2012

It’s hard to admit that you envy a pig. But boy, is this one hot, diva’esque, sexy pig who has global designers lining up to dress her.

Not only has she done a line for MAC make-up, she’s been interviewed by Jonathan Ross and BBC Breakfast and stars in a forthcoming movie. This hot porcine sassbot knows how to sashay those hooves. It wouldn’t surprise me a jot if she turned up to give evidence on phone tapping at the Leveson enquiry.

And now, she’s not only hosting The Orange BAFTA Red Carpet Show on Sunday, 12th February but she will be wearing Louis Vuitton as she does so.
On the opening weekend of her new film release Disney’s ‘The Muppets’, Miss Piggy will take centre stage in her glamorous gown on the red carpet as interviewer rather than interviewee talking to the world’s leading movie stars and esteemed filmmakers.

Miss Piggy’s dress pays homage to French Women of the ’50s wearing an iconic fifties-inspired silhouette dress with vintage spirit: full bust, slim waist, full long skirt for a romantic look, realised in an elegant powder shade of beige coloured silk tulle. The bustier is embellished on the waistline with a bow made out of thousands of silver sequins, part of ‘Les Extraordinaires ‘ their Fall Winter 2010 Show.

I’m betting on Miss Piggy usurping Red Carpet commentators such as Joan Rivers.
